Father Kenneth Enoch Bracy was a priest in the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia. He served as a priest at St. James the Just Community in Anchorage, Alaska.

Bracy was suspended and later defrocked by ROCOR. Pokrov has been told by several sources that the reason for these sanctions was that Bracy committed sexual misconduct with an adult female married parishioner. Reportedly, the parishioner later committed suicide, leaving young children behind.

Prior to joining ROCOR, Bracy was a priest in the Orthodox Church in America (OCA). He served 2 parishes in the OCA’s Diocese of Alaska, Three Saints Church in Old Harbor and Protection of the Theotokos Church in Akhiok.

Bracy attended Saint Tikon’s Seminary in South Canaan, Pennsylvania.
