Father Kirill Bartashevitch is priest in the Russian Orthodox Church Outside Russia (ROCIE). He serves at the Holy New Martyr Kyrill of Kazan Mission in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Court records show that Bartashevitch was convicted of disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor, in 2000. The victim was his wife. Bartashevitch was put on probation for one year.
The priest was arrested again in January of 2013 for pointing an assault rifle at his daughter and threatening his wife during an argument about the girl’s grades. The case could not go forward because the two victims refused to cooperate.
