Vincent Rossi was a member of the Holy Order of MANS (HOOM). He was known as Master Andrew by this group.

After the death of Fr. Paul Blighton, Rossi took over as the leader of HOOM. After the mass killing at Jonestown, he began to look for a more traditional mooring for the Order. As a result, Rossi led the group to a new affiliation with the Holy Orthodox Archdiocese of Vasiloupolis, a vagante group led by Metropolitan Pangratios Vrionis. HOOM began calling itself Christ the Saviour Brotherhood, and Rossi became known as Fr. Andrew.

Rossi later went to England to study theology with Bishop Kallistos Ware. After his return, he was affiliated for a time with the now defunct Rosehill Seminary in Aiken, South Carolina.

Rossi is now a simple layman in the Orthodox Church in America, Diocese of the West.
