Archbishop Seraphim Storheim attended a liturgy served by Metropolitan Jonah Paffhausen on Sunday, December 11, 2011. This service took place at Saint Herman of Alaska Sobor in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Storheim was suspended by the Orthodox Church in America in 2010 after he was arrested and charged with child sexual abuse. The preliminary hearing in the criminal case began last month, but was continued until January 18, 2012.

Father Andrew L. J. James is now registered as a sex offender in the state of Kentucky. James appears on the Kentucky Sex Offender Registry under the name of Laurence Joseph James.

James was a priest in the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia in Columbus, Ohio, prior to his conviction in 2001 for the attempted rape of a 10 year old boy. He was released from prison on September 28, 2009.
